Mr. Schnitzer is a senior financial executive with over 27 years of financial, operations and management experience.  He has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of EMS Group I and EMS USA since December 2003. 

Prior to joining EMS Group I, Mr. Schnitzer served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of To Mara Investments, L.L.C. from 2001-2003 and as the Chief Financial Officer of Clear Blue Media, Inc. from 2000-2001.  Mr. Schnitzer has provided key financial information and analysis required for the Initial Public Offering of a major financial services firm.  He was a member of the Global Strategic Planning Committee for a major international manufacturer.

During his career, Mr. Schnitzer has identified opportunities and successfully negotiated contracts for additional revenue, and he has significant experience in strategic planning, treasury management, and working with various Boards of Directors and Executive Committees. 

He holds an Executive MBA from Loyola College and a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
