Mr. Nesler is a senior business executive with more than 28 years of expertise in the global energy business, where he has been responsible for profitable growth in challenging, competitive and volatile customer markets.  He is a founder of EMS Group I (the EMS parent company) and EMS USA and has been a Director and the Chief Executive Officer of each company since they were organized in 2003. 

Prior to forming EMS Group I, Mr. Nesler worked for 25 years in various positions for Marathon Oil Company and its affiliates, serving most recently as President of Marathon Power Company, Ltd. from 2000-2003 and concurrently as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Marathon International Petroleum, Ltd. from 2001-2003. 

Mr. Nesler has a team-building management style emphasizing strong communication, planning and organizational skills.  He has made significant contributions to revenue, performance and profit improvement and was successful in identifying, capturing and building new opportunities to improve financial results.  His global energy industry experience includes Canada, Asia, Saudi Arabia, South America, Mexico, Southeast Asia and India.  He holds an Executive MBA from Houston Baptist University.
