Ms. Meadows is the Director of Administrative Services for EMS and brings 20 years of experience. She has been with EMS since 2003.  Ms. Meadows directs the administrative function through field services billing, budget planning, operational policies, personnel and employee relations. Ms. Meadows also manages the field office administrative functions.

Ms. Meadows has pursued her career through the measurement industry as it relates to oil and gas.  Before joining EMS, she was with Hanover Measurement Services for two years.  Prior to that, she was Measurement Manager for both Mid-Continent Measurement and Cenref Lab.
