Mr. McCormick is the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for EMS and brings more than 25 years of experience.  Mr. McCormick directs the accounting function through (but not limited to) year-end audits, monthly financial analysis and reporting, treasury management, A/P and A/R.

Mr. McCormick has pursued his financial career through various industries providing a broad scope of experience. During a prior appointment Mr. McCormick was responsible for more than one billion dollars in financial reporting/auditing.

Mr. McCormick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), The Texas Society of CPA’s and the Houston Chapter of CPA’s

Mr. McCormick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.
