Ms Hendry has 18 years of experience in the Human Resources profession.  She gained her expertise in the United Kingdom prior to joining EMS.

Ms. Hendry works directly with senior management to ensure the organization's Human Resources needs are closely aligned with the company's goals.

Ms. Hendry creates and directs the internal cultural and community programs that are critical to meet the vision and mission of the EMS organization. Ms. Hendry is responsible for the HR needs of approximately 1,000 plus employees.

Ms. Hendry has completed post-graduate work with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and is a chartered member.

Ms. Hendry is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
