Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC Promotes Holfeld to EFSI
General Manager

Houston, TX, August 16, 2007 – Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC (EMS Group), announced the promotion of Kevin Holfeld to general manager of the firm’s recently acquired Energy Facility Services (EFSI) group.

EFSI is a leak detection, mechanical repair and environmental services company headquartered out of Clear Lake, Texas, with operational centers in Lake Charles, LA, Port Neches, TX, Auburn, AL and Baton Rouge, LA.

Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC (EMS Group) headquartered in Houston’s Galleria area, is recognized as one of the largest providers of pipeline operations & maintenance in the United States. EFSI provides services that are designed to help process facilities, refineries and power plants achieve their environmental, health and safety management, maintenance, and operational objectives.

According to Holfeld, “EFSI will maintain its position as a pipeline service industry leader by continuing our commitment to service and technology. No other firm combines the broad scope of services we offer as a part of Energy Maintenance Services Group (EMS Group) with the technology investments we have made to continuously improve client service.”

As examples of EFSI’s competitive advantages, Holfeld points to its newly developed I-Wrap System and the recently acquired FLIR camera. “The I-Wrap is a unique standalone composite repair kit which includes all the materials required to complete pipe rehabilitation for a specific line size and piping system requirement,” said Holfeld. “It significantly reduces repair time, which reduces down time for our clients, and on the technology side, our clients are already seeing the benefits of our new FLIR camera, an infrared (IR) imaging camera that allows us to spot methane and other volatile organic compound (VOC) gas leaks quickly and easily. This camera is capable of rapidly scanning large areas and miles of pipeline, delivering real-time thermal images of gas leaks. We are planning to expand our inventory of cameras in the coming months to meet the growing demand.”

According to Tim Nesler, CEO of Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC (EMS Group), “One of Kevin’s primary goals is to leverage our integrated structure of pipeline services to maximize the benefits that EFSI clients may receive through the network of companies in the EMS Group - including AGIS Technology, Cypress Creek Pipeline Maintenance, and Zaval-Tex service groups.”

Before joining EFSI, Holfeld was Vice President of Business Solutions for Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC (EMS Group) and had subsequently launched the firm’s EMS Mechanical and Power Services Division.
